What can I do?
Step 1: Self realization-say to yourself
outloud, with feeling, "I am prejudiced."
Step 2: Positive retaliation-become an actively defiant
member of your racist community.
Step 3: Public education-on your local access cable
chanel have an anti-prejudice marathon. Showing movies
like Malcom-X, To Kill A Mocking Bird, and Shindler's
List.
Step 4: Religious expansion-open your home as a sanctuary
for Bar Mitzvahs to the local Jewish community.
Step 5: Actuality-OK, you aren't really going to actively
promote anything. What you should strive to do is openly
resent comments you hear that insult race, religion, or
sexualtity. Whenever possible try to stop yourself from
saying anything prejudice even when you don't mean it to
be prejudice, because someone might hear you. Be aware of
people who take advantage of the word, "racism"
such as in getting hired for a job because of race.
